- Chop mango in small pieces. Transfer it in a mixer. Add sugar and grind till sugar dissolves completely in mango.
- Add cooking oil and churn again for 1 minute till cooking Oil is mixed. Add mango essence and mix.
- Transfer it in a mixing bowl. Now add maida mixture in it in batches mixing in cut and fold method.8
- Add curd and mix well again.

- Place the dish in pre heated wok. Cover the lid. Bake on medium flame for 4 minutes.

- Prepare a glaze by mixing 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp lemon juice. Spread it on cake evenly.
- Slide the knife round the cake to separate it from baking dish. Place a plate over it and turn it upside down tap on back of plate it will come out on other plate up.
- Remove the katori from centre. A delicious mango cake is ready.
- Slice it and Serve.
