- 1 tbsp Mint leaves powder (dry) -
Instructions to make to make Raw Mango Kadhi
- Take a bowl,mix gram flour and water to make batter.Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai or pan,add hing,cumin,carom seeds, Fenugreek, turmeric, red chilli powder (1/2 t.spoon.). Saute for 1 min.
- Add mango pieces into it and mix.Cover and cook for 5 min.or till the mango pieces become soft.
- Now add gram flour batter.Cook it for 8- 10 min.on low flame.Switch off the gas.
- Heat ghee in a tadka pan,add whole chilli,mint powder and red chilli powder.Remove from the gas.
- Pour this tadka over the mango kadhi
- Your mango kadhi is ready to serve.It tastes awesome with rice.
