- 1 medium Green Mango
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds

- 1 Tbsp oil
- For Samose
- 1/2 cup Maida
- 1/2 cup Ata
- As per taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp nigella seeds
- 1 tsp oil
- As required Oil to deep fry
- For Garlic Dip
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 1 lime juice
- as per taste Salt
Instructions to make to make Green Mango Mini Samose
- For Filling - Wash, peel the mango, and grate.
- Press the grated mango between your hands and extract the pulp. Set aside the juice.
- In a wok heat oil and add the Pulp. Cook for 3-4 mins to make it dry.
- Add coriander powder, red chili powder, sugar, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, and salt. Cook until all are mixed well with the mango. Set aside.
- For the Samosa dough - in a bowl add Maida, Ata, salt, oil, and nigella seeds. With little water, each time makes a soft dough. Set aside covered for 5 mins.
- Roll out the balls and when rolled out to medium size cut them into half. Take one half and apply water on the sides so that once the filling is added you can fold into a triangle shape pressing in the middle. Add the filling and seal the sides. Set aside.
- Complete the batch.
- In a wok heat oil and deep fry the samosas. Set aside.
- For Garlic dip - peel the garlic and roast. Beat the yogurt well, add the roasted garlic, add lime juice and salt and whisk well.
- Plate and enjoy a tangy, Samosa.
