- In a blender add paneer, mango puree, condensed milk, cream, powdered sugar and mango essence. Blend and mix well. Make a thick paste.
- Take a baking tray. Apply ghee in it. Pour the mixture into the container. Seal it with aluminium foil.
- Take a Karahi. Pour water and boil it. Put a stand in the Karahi. Place the container on the stand. Close it with a lid. Steam it for 30 minutes.
- Then switch the flame off. Cooldown and put the container in refrigerator for 7-8 hour.
- Take it out from the refrigerator. Cut it into small pieces. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
