  1. 4 Tbsp Rose Syrup
  2. 3 Tbsp Agar agar
  3. 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  4. 2 Tbsp Rose syrup
  5. 2 Tbsp cold milk
  6. 2 Tbsp condensed milk
  7. 1/4 cup blanched and peeled almonds and pistachios chopped
  8. as required Few scoops of vanilla ice cream
  9. 1/4 cup mango purée
  10. 1/4 cup mango cubes
  11. as needed Mango juliennes
  12. as per taste Salt
  13. As per taste Pepper
  14. As required Garnish with mint

Instructions to make to make Mango Falooda

  1. Purée the mango, cut mangoes into Cubes and Julienne some mangoes
  2. Soak in chilled water Agar Agar for 2-3 mins.
  3. In a wok add Rose syrup and the Agar Agar and boil on medium flame until well blended and cooked. Pour into glasses and refrigerate to set
  4. Soak Sabja seeds for 30 mins
  5. In the set glasses add mango purée, followed by mango cubes. Add soaked sabja seeds.
  6. Add chopped pistachios and chopped almonds, add scoops of ice cream as much as you like.
  7. Add chilled milk, some mango juliennes, add granulated sugar
  8. Add Rose syrup, salt, pepper
  9. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy
