  19. For tempering
  20. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  21. 3 tsp curry leaves
  22. 1 red chilli
  23. 1 tsp oil
  24. Pinch asafoetida

Steps to make to make Raw mango kadhi and cauliflower pokoda

  1. Every ingredients keep ready for kadhi..
  2. Add besan and curd in a bowl. Then add water and keep aside.
  3. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, add cumin and green chillies, when cumin makes cracking sound add raw mango, turmeric powder and saute for time untill tender. Add besan mix in low flame.
